Max Farrell // MJ Farrell // FAKO ANDRO is a Glasgow based visual artist, scientist, and composer of experimental music.
His artistic work traverses audio, video, performance, and sculpture. Across disciplines and media, he interrogates intersections between the material, informatic, and cognitive dimensions of documentation.
Particularly interested in perceptions of place at varying physical and temporal scales, and the processes by which humanity re-structures "natural" environments, he works with emerging and obsolete technologies to explore the ways that archiving, curation, randomness, and alteration of scale shape human experience.
